I have kept the rental rates the same as 2013.  With the economy the way it is, we all could use an affordable vacation.  However, I have decided to drop the insurance coverage.  Most renters are very conscientious and the insurance rates have gone up significantly since I first started using it.  This means that you will be responsible for any damage to the trailer, but I have only encountered two instances of having to charge anyone for damage and they were both awning losses.  I am also no longer accepting credit card payments.  This was only used once or twice a year and my credit card processor isn't interested in keeping my business with such low volume.  If you really need or want to use a credit card, I may be able to leverage Paypal to conduct a transaction.  Please let me know if this is important to you when you make your reservation.

I think this is going to be a great summer after the winter we have had.  Lots of warm weather and good camping.
 

Please note:  No Pets or Smoking is allowed inside the trailer


How the rental process works: 

  • There is a $50 reservation fee to hold your reservation.  Once the reservation reservation fee is received, your reservation is booked.
  • Once your reservation is booked you will get a rental agreement to fill out, sign, and return
  • When you receive the camper, you will need to pay the $500 damage deposit, the rental fee, and (if not self towing) the delivery fee.  The damage deposit can be in one of several forms (check individual unit pages for details) and will be held in reserve unless needed.
  • When you return the camper it will be inspected.  If it is returned in the same condition as it was rented (clean and undamaged), you get your damage deposit back. 

Delivery and pickup are available based on mileage according to Google Maps.  Check individual unit pages for rates.


I am no longer able to process credit card payments.  Due to lack of volume, my credit card processor has declined to offer me their services.
